The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative support for the President and CEO, Executive Management team and the Board of Directors by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling confidential information requests, composing correspondence, and performing administrative functions for a bank financial institution. Must be able to maintain confidential information, corporate files & records efficiently and effectively. Position requires involvement with high-level contacts and exposure to sensitive information necessitating considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgment. Executive Assistant will be responsible for producing clerical services that are accurate, complete and fulfill the intended purpose.
