Native American Bank, N.A. Awards First Scholarship at 2018 American Indian Achievement Awards

Native American Bank, N.A. (NAB) awarded their first scholarship to a Native American Business student at the 2018 American Indian Achievement Awards hosted by the Rocky Mountain Indian Chamber of Commerce (RMICC) in Denver, Colorado. Our recipient, Joshua W. Emerson is anticipated to graduate from Fort Lewis College in May 2019 from the School of Business Administration with a major in Economics and a minor in Business of Leisure. Joshua is a member of the Dine Nation and a non-traditional student who is a Marine Corps Veteran. He has years of experience in the financial services industry. In 2018, he became a Gen-I Career Success Fellow for the Native American Financial Officers Association and an Indigenous Scholar for the American Indian Business Leaders. Joshua is actively involved with the Native American Community and hopes to continue his work in Indian Country upon graduation. We at NAB are proud to help support Joshua in completing his last year at Fort Lewis College and compliment him on his work thus far.

NAB has made the continuing commitment to offer this scholarship to Native American college students who are majoring in any Business related field. The American Indian Scholarship is offered at the annual American Indian Achievement Awards hosted by the Rocky Mountain Indian Chamber of Commerce.
